ALL PRO SPORTS RINGS AND FIGHT CAGES LLC Deposit Policy is very simple. We WILL NOT start work on anything,  before we receive PAYMENT IN FULL plus any S&H fees and surcharges. This applies to ALL Cages and Rings and Accessories.

The only EXCEPTION to this rule is for Cash-N-Carry discounts on our Rings and Cages. For this type of sale, we will except 1/2 of the total purchase price (IN CASH), and the remaining 1/2 of purchase price (IN CASH) upon pick-up or delivery. All delivery charges must be paid in advance before we leave our facility to deliver your product. Once we receive your deposit, we start work on your project! It is therefore NON-REFUNDABLE, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellation Policy:

Once we receive your deposit or payment, we order products and materials to work on your ring! It is therefore NON-REFUNDABLE, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER if cancelled more than 24 hours from the time you ordered and the deposit or payment was received. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you cancel your order after a 24 hour period, and the full amount has been paid in advance, in good faith, ALL PRO SPORTS RINGS AND FIGHT CAGES LLC will only refund 1/2 of any difference paid over the initial deposit amount of 1/2 for your total sale including shipping, unless already shipped. In other words, you will only get back 1/2 of your sale, plus s&h costs (if not shipped)

Shipping Policy:

Normal Shipping is 10-14 business days on ALL Packages. Sometimes it does take a little longer, depending on our work load.

No refunds will apply to any and ALL Accessories and Parts upon ordering.

Guarantee Policies (Read Carefully)

ALL PRO SPORTS RING FRAMES - 25 YEAR Welding Guarantee

If a weld breaks from date of purchase for 25 years, on our "QC" Frame System, UNDER NORMAL WEAR & TEAR CONDITIONS WITH PROPER MAINTENANCE Customer MUST take broken welded piece to HIS or HER local welder to have repaired. BROKEN PIECE, SHOULD NOT TO BE SENT BACK TO ALL PRO SPORTS RINGS AND FIGHT CAGES LLC Note: A clear presentable picture MUST be taken of broken weld, and sent to HOS RINGS before HOS RINGS will honor and approve a repair bill!  ALL PRO will honor repair item costs according to the National Standard Welding prices. We will pay $50.00 per hour with a maximum of 4 hours per ring period! ALL PRO SPORTS RINGS AND FIGHT CAGES LLC only covers 1 Repair to your ring. If one item breaks, it just makes sense to have the whole ring touched up. Therefore once this work has been completed, our responsibility in regards to paying for any future repairs is null and void.  Standard Maintenance is Required! Pieces covered by this policy include: Complete Framing System, Spring System & Steel Poles
